Our second company briefing, was held at TWI Technology Centre Friday 21st June. Teesside Engineering Network were pleased to welcome guest speakers: Matt Parsons from York Potash (Parent company Sirius Minerals), the mining company behind the multi billion pound York Potash Project; and Simon Tearle from SNF Oil and Gas part of the world’s largest producer of water-soluble polymers used in the pulp and paper, water treatment and oil and gas sectors. SNF’s new factory in Stockton is expected to open in 2014.
